Punctum Books,
Open Book Publishers and others using the

Yes, what KU is doing is possible given the existing licenses, but in terms of the overall publishing community it is clearly wrong. I learned a lot from all the pushback, and am so impressed with the projects like Open Book Publishers and the rest.
