Day 24. Greenwood Library

One of the volumes of the Greenwood Library of Folktales that I ordered has arrived, and it was really exciting to see this: it's exactly the kind of project I want to create with nicely edited and presented stories from public domain sources. I didn't have time to go through the book yet to confirm that all the stories are public domain, but I'll do that tomorrow, and maybe I will even discover a few more public domain books too. Here's the one that arrived today, one of the World Folktale volumes, and the American Folktales are coming too (I'm still waiting on cheap used versions of the Asian and European volumes).

I'll have more to say about that when I have time tomorrow to index the book and inventory the sources!
