Day 12. Bo Rabbit Smart for True

In addition to all the public domain and open access materials, I also want to find a way to work with the books in my personal library... so I figured out how to use my Brer Rabbit blog to do that: Bo Rabbit Smart for True: Tall Tales from the Gullah.

I read the book, and wrote up a blog post with summaries plus some other notes, and then I put in anchor tags in the post, which allowed me to bookmark the individual items at Diigo: Diigo entries.

I marked the status:copyright, so I can use them for research and writing, but not for anthologizing, and that's cool. Plus I was even thinking I might write a Story Finder type of book like the ones by Elswit. Anyway, so far so good. It almost felt like summer taking that hour at the end of the day to spend some time with Brer Rabbit!
