Day 10: Diigo for note-taking

So I've realized how nicely Diigo is going to work as a note-taking tool: if I link to individual stories, I can then use Diigo as my prompt for where I need to read and take notes. For example, I just started loading up Elsie Clews Parsons' South Sea Island tales, and I picked out Tiger's Wife to write a summary:

Useful now... and useful later. It's not the ultimate system I want to have where I can have a two-part summary, plus notes, etc., but as a way to get started, this will be perfect. It's easy to accumulate heaps of stories (I already have over 350 tales!)... writing summaries takes more time, but that is what summer is for. A summer of summaries!
